A business update for our Clients and Suppliers regarding COVID-19

Robinson Structures want to provide confidence to our clients and other stakeholders in respect of our Business Continuity Plans.

With the increased uncertainty around the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been closely following the updates from the Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England and our Trade Association,  British Constructional Steelwork Association and have taken the decision to modify our pattern of working and restrict unnecessary travel to safeguard our staff.

Business Continuity

Our priority remains in taking care of our staff and supporting our clients to ensure we continue to provide you with excellent service whilst keeping our staff safe. Following guidance from the Department of Health and Social Care, Public Health England and our Trade Association,  British Constructional Steelwork Association,  as of Tuesday 17 March 2020, many of our staff will be working remotely and we are looking at additional measures to reduce risk within our business.

We would add that we will be working closely with our clients to ensure that site operations are carried out to meet our existing obligations.

Crucially, we remain fully operational. Our team will continue to support all of our clients in a way that means business as usual to ensure minimum disruption. Your projects are extremely important to us and we remain committed to supporting you and responding to your needs throughout this period. We are contactable as usual via email, mobile and our Offices on 01332 574711.

In the weeks ahead, we will continue to monitor and respond to COVID-19 announcements and will keep you updated on our approach to the situation and how we are maintaining service levels.

We remain dedicated to working with you in order to overcome the challenges ahead.

Many thanks

From the Robinson Management
