Following the buyout by Bourne Leisure, Bam Contruction Group was appointed Lead contractor of the £35 million regeneration of Studley Castle hotel in Warwickshire.
Studley Castle near Redditch was built in the 1830s and will have 210 bedrooms, a swimming pool and spa when it reopens in winter 2018.
As BAM Construction Group’s preferred steelwork contractor, and having extensive renovation experience, Robinson planned and managed the incorporation of a steel frame to facilitate the development of the Castle’s new bedrooms, entertainment lounges, and leisure facilities. The Cabaret, swimming pool and balcony areas required early collaboration with BAM Construction Group to ensure the plan of the Robinson team and expertise were inline with the overall construction strategy of the renovation.
